Farrar and Associates offers psychiatric medication management to compliment psychotherapy services. Our clinicians, Tasha Farrar MD, Steven Turchan MD, and Joelle Fellinger APNP, offer psychiatric diagnostic and medication services, with an emphasis on collaborating with psychotherapists and primary care providers. Additionally, Dr. Farrar offers specialized services in Reproductive Psychiatry.
Dr. Farrar, Dr. Turchan, and Ms. Fellinger see patients 18 years of age or older.
Prospective Patients: We accept referrals from Primary Care Providers (PCP), OB/GYN’s and midwives, psychiatric prescribers, and therapists. If you wish to see one of our psychiatric providers, please talk to your clinician or therapist about making a referral.
Psychotherapy Care Clinicians

Dr. Pecor specializes in providing individual and group psychotherapy to pregnant and post-partum women. Dr. Pecor is currently accepting new patients within her specialty.
Dr. Kamm provides therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults. She specializes in working with patients with acute and chronic illnesses, trauma issues, and anxiety. She also provides bereavement services to children and grieving parents. Dr. Kamm is taking a limited number of new patients who meet her specialty parameters.
Linell Berkley is a licensed clinical social worker and certified EMDR therapist. She provides treatment for adults, couples and families, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, infertility, insomnia, life transitions, marital and relationship concerns, family conflict, stress and trauma. Ms. Berkley sees patients 18 and up.
Danielle Abraham provides individual, couples and family therapy for ages 14 and up. She treats anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress management, eating disorders, relationship distress, family conflict, behavior issues, life transitions and parenting.
Kaitlyn Gitter is a licensed professional counselor who provides counseling services to children ages five and up, teens and adults. She provides treatment for eating disorders, body image concerns, parenting/behavior management, ADHD and emotion regulation in children, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
Jennifer Grube is a licensed professional counselor who provides treatment for adults and older adolescents. Jennifer has special interest in treating trauma, stress management, abuse, assertiveness, anxiety, and grief and loss.
Teri Metropulos has led a Physician Wellness Program for 6 years and has also led physician and nursing reflective practice groups.
She uses modalities such as exploration of self, learned coping mechanisms, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
